🚚 Shipping Policy

In-Stock Items

• All in-stock parts, supplies, and instrumentation ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

Out-of-Stock Items

• If an item is out of stock, it will ship within 24 hours of being received from the manufacturer.

Instrumentation Orders

• In-stock instrumentation ships within 24 hours.

• If the equipment is not in stock, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.

• Deshler Diagnostics will ship instrumentation orders within 24 hours of receiving the product from the manufacturer.

🔁 Returns & Restocking

We accept returns on most unused items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following:

• Opened parts and supplies are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Deshler Diagnostics error.
