Deshler Diagnostics stands behind our calibration services, repairs and new equipment. The terms below explain our standard service coverage.

Calibration warranty

If an issue with a unit’s calibration is identified within 10 business days of service, Deshler Diagnostics will cover recalibration at no cost, provided the issue is not caused by external damage or an equipment failure unrelated to calibration.

Repair warranty

Repairs performed by Deshler Diagnostics are covered by a 90-day warranty on our repair work, including labor and replacement parts used in that repair, subject to the service terms applicable to the job.

New equipment warranty

New equipment warranty coverage is provided under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Coverage length and terms can vary by manufacturer and product, so contact DDX if you need the warranty details for a specific instrument.
