Warranty & Service Terms – Deshler Diagnostics
At Deshler Diagnostics, we stand behind the quality of our calibration services, repairs, and new equipment. Our warranty policies are as follows:
🔧 Calibration Warranty
If any issue is identified with a unit’s calibration within 10 business days of service, Deshler Diagnostics will cover the recalibration at no cost — provided the issue is not due to external damage or equipment failure unrelated to calibration.
🛠 Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by Deshler Diagnostics are covered under a 90-day warranty, which includes both labor and any replacement parts used during the repair.
📦 New Equipment Warranty
All new equipment purchases are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, beginning from the date the equipment is received by the customer.
